Welcome / Intro

Welcome to Fear Into Fire

Thank you for being here, whether we just met at a talk or you found this on your own. This isn't about motivation — motivation fades. It's about building something more valuable: trust in your own voice and your own decisions. Over the next five short episodes, we'll talk about comfort, uncover what fear is really protecting, rediscover the resilience you've already built, and stand together at the edge of a decision.

Episode 1

The One Decision

Courage almost never looks like a leap — it's one tiny decision nobody else even notices. Name the one thing you've been avoiding, and shrink it down to a step small enough that fear can't turn it into a production.

How to watch: pause after each episode, grab a journal, and actually do the reflection — don't just watch. That's where this becomes a conversation with yourself instead of another video.

Journal prompt: What's the one thing you've been putting off because you don't feel ready? Choose just one — and make the move tiny.

Episode 2

What Fear Is Really Protecting

Naming what you're afraid of is one thing. Understanding what it's protecting is another. Go underneath the surface fear to find what's actually driving it.

Journal prompt: I'm afraid that ___. If that happened, I'm afraid it would mean ___.

Episode 3

The Evidence You Already Have

Resilience isn't something you build from scratch — it's already part of your story. Remember what you've already survived, and what it proves about you.

Journal prompt: Write down three things you already survived that once felt impossible.

Episode 4

Your Edge

Confidence comes second — self-trust comes first. The story of the trapeze platform, and what it actually takes to move before certainty arrives.

Journal prompt: I've been waiting for permission to ___.

Episode 5

Fear Into Fire

Bringing it all together: what you're ready to stop carrying, and what you're ready to choose instead — plus an invitation to keep the conversation going.

Journal prompt: What am I ready to stop carrying? What am I ready to choose instead?
